Whats the best clutch for an 02reg S202 running Aprox 350bhp?

Also where can i get it from?

Seconded on the Exedy. I had one in mine and have one in the Evo running 380bhp approx. Seems fine.

AP Racing or Helix. Can get them from RCM but they're quite expensive.

Have a look on Scoobynet at the Traders section, you might find a deal there.

i just bought a exedy organic kit for my mrs gimpreza,
havent fitted the new 1 yet but its a exedy kit that was in it,
done 20k at 300bhp, doesn't get a realy hard life but done a good few full scale launches,
never gave any greif, just starting to get a bit high so i know its on borrowed time,
just make sure if you get a exedy, get a full exedy kit, as some say exedy but have valeo pressure plate,
nuffin wrong with valeo clutches but i'd rather have a full exedy kit,
paid either Ł150 or Ł160(must be gettin old cant remember),
mail order from blackpool, i'll get you the name tomorrow if you need it

or you could always get a standard techni clutch kit,
they're good for 550bhp and 500 lb/ft
also a good way to waste Ł150 and practise fitting scooby clutches

I am in kingston and just sold my s202 never but seen another one on the road.

A standard spec c clutch is fine for 380 bhp.

excedy stage 1 clutch in my car,,, love to say its the nuts but some crippled cunt on here who cant drive fucked my gearbox before i could find out how good it is,,,,,,,, pmsl

i know for a fact eurocarparts have them in stock,,,,, as thats where mine "cough" come from pmsl

euro wanted over Ł200 for the kit i bought for Ł150

was it the same kit though as euros is the stage 1 clutch and not the standard OEM Excedy,,,,, as in the plate comes in a pink box

i had this coverstation with a mate, claimed he can get the clutch cheeper from elsewhere and turned out to be a standard excedy part number he was comparing,,,,, so i then priced him a ADL one that was alot cheeper,,,,, and also not the same fucking clutch

btw i used to work at Eurocarparts (for my sins) and know the difference

i assume it was the same, as it was just a part number i was working with,
was the guy at euro i always deal with(several times a day) that was pricing it up, i actualy ordered the 1 i've got with the part number he gave me, so i assume its the same, cant remember what colour the drive plate box is
