Default Oil stain/puddle on rocker cover, why?

So everytime I drive the car on the road for some time, I get a small puddle of oil on the spot marked with the green arrow (Not my car, just for illustration). Anybdoy else has the same? Any ideas what is going on? My car has an oil breather and engine oil is topped up/full. I suspec it might be leaking from the oil cap, is that possible?

Anything is possible. Is your oil cap a good fit or does it pull off easily?

It's a good fit yes, you get some resistance when you pull and once past it you can slide it out normally. It seems to have enough crank pressure to spit quite a bit against the cap and wet it, can see it clearly on the cap's underside. That makes me wonder if it ends up leaking from there, but the cap is twisted outwards, so the logical thing would be for it to leak the oppsoite way.

I can't think of anything else that carries oil nearby, the t u r b o aluminium duct just carries pressurized air and I can't see any oil dirt in the junctions. And my turbo isn't leaking oil AFAIK, exhaust gas is always perfectly clear even from cold start.

Meanwhile I found ot that the oil separator the car came with only has two hoses, one is inlet from the rocker cover (Red arrow) and other is outlet to the air filter (Green arrow).

Now, the standard Ford one has also a third one that as far as I can tell also features a one way valve and runs to vacuum behind the engine. Is that correct? Could that be the cause of the oil spitting??

EDIT: Oh and also there seems to be a corner of the turbo duct support bracket missing as you can see in this pic. Not sure if it could be leaking there from the rocker cover?

where the 2 tabs are welded to the rocker cover and the charge carrier pipe bolts down too , ive seen them leak from there over the years , so if its not your oil filler cap its probably the rocker cover itself .

Thanks, will check that and have it rewelded just in case. The more I look at it, the more it feels as if it is indeed coming from underneath the tabs. And if one is broken, whatever hit it could easily have teared the rest off and open the leak.
