Thinners!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Areyou real????
Is it tarmac or block---------------block ? Turn them over, tarmacs a different option----certain oils will burn the tarmac to the point it breaks down into crumbs (so to speak) -bad new s on tarmac a good detergent (but not oil based like petrol etc)

I figured Concrete ... (just like my Drive-Way)
Problem with thinners is it cleans the concrete so well you are left with a super clean spot
