Default AVG 8.5

anyone else having mega problems with this?i updated it yesterday and ever since then my pc has been going mad!will not load up at all when i turn the computer on!stops msn loading!i have to put it into safe mode take avg off then restart the computer!

What other good free anti virus software is there?

Hi mate,
You can get avast free, very good. you get it free for a year then you can keep registering for another year when it runs out..

ccleaner isnt a virus program though, its a registery cleaner.

10 out of 10 for avast free home edition though, I've used it for years and never had a single problem!

Agree with Avast, ditched AVG as it sucked balls big time.

Yes thats why i asked on here

The amount of closet sicko's on here have great AV, BM08 said try Avast.

Jokes aside AVG slowed the pc right down, avast is much quicker (the gay update sounds are bad but you get used to them)
