Default Declaring an engine/ DVLA

How would i go about doing this? gone from a 1.3 to a 2.0. so changes taxation class i guess?
and from 4 seats to 2!
DVLA website says I need a receipt for the engine, dont have one as I got the engine from my brother.

Any help would be great!

i got in touch with the DVLA about having done a manual gearbox conversion on my orion and basicly the woman on the phone didn't give a fuck. She said send in a letter with the work that's been done and the logbook and they'd change it - or not.

i gave the DVLA a ring 2 years back and gave them a eng number and after being put frow to 3 people the last lad that new wot he was on about said the motor is 20 years old and we dont keep motor number for that long .

so i would just tell your insurer and forget it

i had a mini back in my days log book 998cc but it had a 1275 GT in it
