I meant instead of letting your mind wander and thinking about allsorts, concentrate on your breathing. It works like a tv or radio would, but it's a lot quieter.

i think i'm coming down with something, so it's probably conected to that. Got mental kidney pain, been drinking like a fish (i've done about 14 pints of water today) and i'm still dehydrated

shall go and get a doctors appointment on my way to work in the morning and see what they say
