Default Virgin wireless

trying to connect my laptop to my virgin hub but i cant remember my wep kep how will i find this out?

Go into control panel, networks and delete the connection and make a new one, then dont bother with a wep key if all your going to do is forget it

push the reset button on the back of the router, then connect the laptop to it via ethernet cable and setup a new WEP key as required is one option

is it on a sticker on the bottom of the hub?

that wouldnt work, he needs to know the WEP key before he can actually connect to the wireless router, so i think he has to reset the router and program a new WEP key in. Then write it down somewhere safe
