is it me or does it seem to be more scum on the streets! i am getting fed up on walking through my city centre with my little boy and missus and all we see if fucking losers asking for change to get a fix or a couple of cans!! we should get national service or something to get these wankers off the streets or just put a bad batch of heroin to do the lot in!!

where i live it used to be rife with smackheads, the council put all the dossers claiming social in the council flats and it turned out estate into a right shit hole. One day i saw a smack head, in the street in the day time, sucking water out of a puddle into his syringe - fuck knows what for, dunno if he was mixing it with his gear or clening the inside out but whatever it was it couldnt have been healthy. there's little kids all over my street and how they havent been pricked by a dirty needle is beyond me.

Heroin should be prescribed by doctors for free to those who need it and those users should be invited into programmes to manage their addiction and allow them to get back to a stable life in order to put them in a position where they can seek work.

When this has happened for example in Switzerland, burglary fell to almost nothing, benefit costs dropped dramatically and most of the individuals in the programme got jobs and stable living conditions.

there is a health centre opposite my house, where all the junkies gt their methadone, see loads of them there in the mornings. Next door but one there is 3 smackheads, they have tried to break into our house before, stole a set of alloys out of the garden (quite funny, we had overgrown grass and the footprints led to the fence by their garden) clothes nicked off the washing line etc etc. At least 3 times a week a random smack rat will knock on the door and try to sell us knock off meat or coffee, its also the red light area where i live and am bringing up a 3 year old. I fucking hate smackheads and im beginning to hate bolton
