is it me or does it seem to be more scum on the streets! i am getting fed up on walking through my city centre with my little boy and missus and all we see if fucking losers asking for change to get a fix or a couple of cans!! we should get national service or something to get these wankers off the streets or just put a bad batch of heroin to do the lot in!!
