Anybody else heard about it?

A lass was on her driving test and went through a puddle splashing some pedestrians at a bus stop. She failed her test as a result and was kicking up a stink.

Erm.. Doesn't common sense say don't splash people?

 

Splashing people is all part of the fun lol, seriously though, if she couldn't avoid the puddle he shouldn't have failed her imo. God knows its hard enough to avoid puddles wherever you go this last couple of years.

Puddles on a test route are avoidable!

Besides it an offence to soak people - sounds like a valid fail to me.

as in not to splash peole while driving through puddles, not fail peole in their driving tests

 

Just goes to show how desperate she was for 5 minutes of fame tbh

Its a legitimate fail - if you cant avoid the puddle at least drive/crawl through it slowly/safely so the pedestrians are not soaked - thats just common sense

Although what is more ammusing tbh is that the ITN news @ 6.30 yesterday evening actually considered it a serious newsworthy story WTF is this country coming to when something as crap as this is actually newsworthy

 

If she was unable to avoid the puddle then the silly bint should've slowed down before driving through it, daft cow deserved to fail... she probably brakes for roundabouts when theres nobody coming too

 

I past my test earlyier this year and my instructer always warnd me about this one. it all started when a businesses man got splash and it wreckd his Ł1000 suit, he sued the driver.

Id describe it as the natural way to fail a test coz a puddle isnt man made unless you wana comment on drainage issues. the whole thing shouldnt of made the news. still pretty funny tho

I heard this on the radio and thought the same, weather she should have failed or not you can just tell what sort of a woman she is. Failed 3 times previously or something as well.

 

hahah saw some bloke the other week get a little splashed, in anger he spun round waving his arms and shouting.

While doing this, another car came flying down the road and drenched him from head to toe lol!!

I nearly crashed laughing, he was in cream and white clothes aswell, even funnier, after that he just looked shocked!!
