21 Year Old Attacks And Kills A 73 Year Old
Now this type of thing really pis*ses me off, happened a mile from my house, now i know some of the youth of today are chavvy little t*ats, not taring them all with the same brush as it doesnt apply to all i know, but round here, they seem to be everywhere

human rights and the touchy feely liberal lefties ideals allows this sort of shit to happen and go on happening.
people are regularly getting brutally murdered and ending up with a few years for lesser charges than murder. just what do you have to do nowadays to get a life sentence?
although in this case its not clear if a simple argument/punch up outside a pub has ended up in the old mans death days later or if its been a brutal persistent attack on a frail old man.

same sorta thing happened recently bout a mile from where I live -
"THE devastated partner of a man who died after sustaining serious head injuries in an incident on a bus has paid tribute to the "happy go lucky man".
Anne Fisher was with Stan Dixon on the 243 service from Hartlepool to Horden on Saturday night when they became involved in a disagreement with other passengers.
Yesterday, Gary Robson, of Galloway Road, Peterlee, appeared before the town's magistrates to face a charge of Mr Dixon's murder and an assault by beating of Ms Fisher.
The 23-year-old entered no pleas and was remanded in custody, with the case adjourned until Wednesday when he will go before Newcastle Crown Court.
The court heard Mr Dixon, 60, of Eden Vale Estate, Horden, had asked one of two men, who had been sitting at the back of the hopper bus with a woman, to stop swearing.
Lynsey Armstrong, prosecuting, said it was alleged that during the disturbance Ms Fisher was punched and Mr Dixon was then pushed as they prepared to get off the bus.
Mr Dixon was next seen lying on the ground unconscious and the emergency services were called to the scene, at Beech Terrace, Horden.
He died in Newcastle General Hospital on Wednesday afternoon.
Ms Fisher, 41, paid a moving tribute to her partner, who shared her life for five years before his death."

I agree with what most are saying.
The guy that did it will say he was drunk and didnt knwo what he was doing.
he will get 3 years and be out in 1.

ruthless that. I blame the increase in american crap on tv. my feinds daughter is a prime example with her attitde towards others and those daft saying. I tell her me like, "your not an american black woman". but eye, to much gang cluture in the uk. bring back captal punishment, or public beating.

I was taught the same mate. now im not saying there isnt cases where a person older than yourself may need telling/slapping if they do something that justifys it, but when your talking about an oap of 73 years old, there is no justification at all imo.
I agree with everyones comments, he should rot, thats the best place for people like that, and also agree that he wont get no where near aslong as he should either.

disgraceful.fed up with all this shit going on.this country is too relaxed on the serious crimes but too harsh on the minor ones.whats that all about eh?
its ok if you want to go raping,beating and murdering but if you make too much noise,smoke a bit of weed,speed on a public highway or drop a tiny bit of litter you will be banged up!

at least at the moment there is the "stuff you in jail until you rot" option, fair enough no one uses it, but it's still there
if people were sent to prison and put into solitary for 23 hours a day, few in the moring and evening, given buckets to shit and piss in and a sliver of light to see with, that would make things much harsher and prison more of a deterent
the other thing is this bullshit about being le out early for good behaviour, ffs it's not an afternoons detention
you get 5 years, you do 5 years, if you fuck around, you do 6 years, or 7 years, or 8 years, you don't come out after 3 months becuse it's taken 6 months to get to court
and all the money you save on electricity for not using the lights and not having all these playstations and telly's pluged in you'd be able to build more prisons and employ more judges to do the sentancing, get the courts open 24 hours a day and start banging up the wrong uns
