No, Johny, that isnt wrong, its 100% a correct statement, Ive no idea why you would think otherwise, too many drugs effected your ability to understand a simple sentance perhaps?

The ironic thing of course, is that you seem to be TOTALLY missing the point that most people who do drugs and then comment on the effects it has had on them, are the ones doing that

They have NO experience in diagnosis of mental health issues anyway, so they dont know of a change cause they arent qualified or experienced enough to comment, especially as its invariabley happened very gradually, and often the effects are subtle, its a bit like driving a car and not noticing anything wrong with it as things slowly degrade on it in terms of the bushes gaining play, or losing valve seal etc

chip, MDMA is proved a exception to this.

So carl I assume you drink, I take MDMA.

I know people with VERY serious mental illnesses who have done all the same sort of things.

You dont have to be in 100% perfect condition mentally to acheive those things.

Going back to the car analogy, if you thrash your cars engine from cold, it will still get you to work and back and not break down generally, you just might end up with some damage that results in slightly worse performance or economy, without comparing it to another car of identical spec that wasnt thrashed from cold, you would never know there was anything wrong with it, despite your massive "experience" of that car on a day to day basis.

well yes chip I do agree with you there.

If you get twatted every weekend, for a long period you will get temporally depressed, but if you stop for 6 months you will be back to normal.

its the unique way MDMA only acts on the serotonin. even a fucking heavy user will back to normal with in six months.

This has been proved with brain scans with serotonin markers, there are lots of papers on the subject.

Johhny, go and read what I wrote again, and if you still cant work out why you are talking such bollocks let me know mate and I can explain it to you, but im sure you are bright enough to get there all on your own if you really try, or you could just keep replying with absolute bollocks, it makes no difference to me

Its fucking shocking we are allowed to reguarly take massive quantities of alcohol legally, anyone doing so is indeed a total mug IMHO

In small quantities though, it can actually have beneficial effects, so just the fact that people intake alcohol doesnt make them a mug automatically, likewise the correct amount of other drugs, including many illegal ones.

so im mental am i lol?

using your car analogy - if the car is poor on performance or bad on economy what do you do? give it a service is a good place to start? you can pretty much do that with the human body as well mate - its a more amazing machine than any car - it can repair itself a lot of the time. good healthy living and exercise goes a long way.

by that token you could spend half your life looking after said car only for someone else to smash into you and write it off!!

drugs or not you never know what might be for you in the future.

Well as a result of that, your comments were completely innacurate, but its only a web forum so I shouldnt lose any sleep over the fact you spoke some utter bollocks if I were you, I certainly dont care enough either way for it to ever enter my mind again after I stop killing time in this thread talking to you and go home from work, lol

this on youtube is a unbiased (imo) american prime time tv show on mdma, shows good and bad. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XjvNC...eature=related

mdma is harmful if done to excess, but what drug isnt?

if used and not abused, it can bring some amazing experiences.

i chose mdma over alcohol a few years ago, it was right for me at that time. im ok, still here, with some wonderful experiences and memories, insights, that i wouldnt have had otherwise. fair enought that peopole dont do drugs, your perogative. but remember this is a topic about mdma, not heroin or crack, your typical mdma user doesnt steal from your house, rob your supermarket, or leave hyperdermic needles lying around, so get off your high horse (those that are on it!).

The human body is a FAR more complex machine than any car, which is why Im not aware of ANY car that simply CANT be fixed with our current technology if you throw enough money at doing so, the human body however, that ISNT true at all, we simply dont have the ability to "service" the human body properly.
I totally agree though that a lack of exercise and eating the wrong things can be very bad for a body, potentially far more so than occasional drug use in fact.

yes you are naive cos you're making out MDMA users (this topic is about mdma) go round axeing people lmao which shows you have NO as in ZERO knowledge of the drug!!! MDMA does not do that. Found out some facts first instead of making yourself look silly.

Well just to help you do that in my case as its clearly something you are passionate about, your point is what exactly?

Is it that you know of many damaging effects of alcohol that are easily spotted both short term and long term, and you know of lots of short term negative effects of MDMA that are easily spotted but you (like everyone else) dont currently know the details of long term heavy use of it, as NO proper study has ever been conducted to date, but the half arsed ones that have been done so far look very promising as they havent been able to find any conclusive results with regards to long term effects yet?

If thats roughly a correct summation of your point, then I totally agree with it, as thats also my own view.

If everyone took a daily dose of MDMA, there would be NO violent crime, EVER, IMHO
