Ive no idea one way or the other, and havent implied you are, although your inability to read things accurately may hint towards a lower cognitive ability than some others have of course, but then it might also just signify you cant be arsed to read what I wrote properly but love commenting on it anyway despite that (ironic if that is the case coming from someone who made derogatory comments about people commenting on things without direct experience of them)

The human body is a FAR more complex machine than any car, which is why Im not aware of ANY car that simply CANT be fixed with our current technology if you throw enough money at doing so, the human body however, that ISNT true at all, we simply dont have the ability to "service" the human body properly.
I totally agree though that a lack of exercise and eating the wrong things can be very bad for a body, potentially far more so than occasional drug use in fact.
