Default ftao - Twins, few pics of Steve's weber conversion!

Hi Chaps, Thought i'd post these pics up to keep you up to date with progress!

List of jobs to do:

Cossie management conversion
re paint and modify any bits that i see fit
replace starter motor
replace fuel pump
tidy wiring
fix central locking
remove abs
replace brake lines
fit focus rear disc conversion
fit cossie front brake conversion
fix broken window regulator
fit boost, oil pressure and water temp gauges in your pods

Steve came over last weekend to drop the bits off for the front brake conversion and rear disc conversion but he forgot the front calipers , he was chuffed with the look of it all now.

I'm just waiting on the rear caliper brackets to wrap it all up now!!

Anyway,started off as this

To this

Mounted the idle valve here in the end after lots of pondering on positions!
( didn't want it looking out of place just floating somewhere! )

The modified strut brace to clear the manifold, and the modded heater box to clear the strut brace!

The trimmed cambelt cover to clear the cam sensor

Mounted the boss and sensor for the water temp gauge in the thermstat housing
( which is now wrinkle black lol! )

Only a few of the 40 odd pics i took while swapping over, they'll all be burn't onto a disc so you can have a nosey at the rest!

see you later dudes

Any comments / suggestions from others appreciated!!
