Default eBay/paypal disputes

why is it some people are able to claim back what they paid you after you have sent the items with total ease...ie some people wont accept paypal becuase they have been done over in this way before.

but....if you have a dispute with an item you have paid for BUT not received. the odds of you getting any money from paypal are slim to nothing???

is there a Best way of getting your money back off people, including the postage....been f*cked around on ebay AGAIN

Paypal almost always side with the buyer.

The reason is that they are stuck if the buyer tells their credit card company to withhold payment from paypal, it can potentially leave them out of pocket.

You are not the only one.
I purchased a MK6 electric window switch and paid immediately with Paypal. Been waiting 2 weeks and still nothing has turned up. The seller keeps telling me it has been posted, but when I ask for proof they don't reply and cannot tell me when it was sent. It seems Xmas is the time for sellers to con the buyers.

paypal only covers you on anything you have bought over Ł15, excluding postage.

everybody gets done on ebay/paypal from time to time, its just an occupational hazard unfortunately. i've been done 3 times in the 3 or 4 years i have been using it. just got to put it down to experience and offset it against bargains you have had on there.
