Play.com
Ordered a game not last sunday but the sunday before, and its still not here so i rang them and they said they cant offer a refund/replacement until after 21 days.
Now with being sent by normal post how would they know that ive got it or not without actually being here and searching my house
anyone could say "yeah i didnt get my 500 dvds and its been 21 days, send me some more"

I've often wondered why they do it that way (obviously cheaper, but seemingly open to abuse), but never had stuff fail to turn up. Electronic stuff has to be signed for.
The one and only time I've had a problem with Play, was when a 4gb memory stick was actually a 2gb one, although the packaging said 4gb - luckily they come in a clear plastic blister pack and noticed before I hacked it open.

At the moment im really pissed off, why the fuck should a game take well over a week to get posted, i ordered on the 5th and it was posted on the 6th
i expect it will be here this week but thats not the point.
Mind you its free delivery i guess
