Default Anyone help?! (Pond Fish)

Can anyone help me, or refer me to a site that can....

One of our goldfish in the garden pond has a growth like lump on its head, right on the top like at the base of its neck, its similar to a mole you find on us....its not yet th size of a 5p, but its not a small lump either

Could this be a fungus? Is it something to worry about

if you can get to a pets at home or seapets, something like that.... they have a section on pond fish... you can get a generic anti fungal treatment which should help!

I'd isolate it into its own tank for now atleast, then treat it.

ive heard a pinch of salt in its tank on its own can sometimes help with odd things too
