Muscle spasams (spel) how to stop them please????
Fell in the pond last night due to me and the housemates playing football in the garden at 1am!!!! 
(twas a crucial diving header though )
and we are now 1 fish down apprently...we checked this morning!!! fook knows where THAT fish is hiding!!!
anyhow....ever since banging my side on th epond wall, my right side this morning keeps spasming every minute or so!!
has been since i woke up!! how the hell do i stop this as its starting to get on my tits a little!!! 
anyone know????

I did manage to kick the ball at my mates hand that happened to be holding a bottle of vodka at the time!!! i have NEVER seen a bottle of vodka fly into the next door neighbours garden with such height and speed!!!
shall go round later this afternoon to ask for the bottle back!!
