anyone into rc helicopters ?
ive bought a esky belt cp copter thingy,
it says i need a 3 cell lipo battery, but ive read in a couple of places they are dangerous as fuck ??
whats the score with these batteries ?

as said li-po's are only dangerous if you dont charge them correctly.. depending on what the battery capacity is your supposed to charge them
say if its 4800mAh you charge at 4.8 amps or if its 3600mAh you charge at 3.6 amps
they only tend to blow up when people over charge them or use the incorrect charger
but never let the pack drop below 3.8volts i believe
or it will cause irriversable damage to the pack
