Had my first helicopter ride yesterday........
Wicked.......one of the best things i've done.......such a strange feeling compared to flying.........

Been in a couple of choppers was in the Air Cadets. Been in a chinnok, now thats a fooking scary chopper! Damn thing can get at an angle of 45 degrees to the gound when the pilot wants to go as fast as poss. Been in one of those Sea Kings, fookin blinding, and one similar to what you went in.

you know the novelty soo wears off. I must have spent several hundred hours flying in choppers and to be honest I hate them now. Just try commuting to work on one for the last 14 years.
