I normally don't! Soooooo many lovely dishes!!! you must have black cod and always finish with Bento box. Other must have dishes are Shrimp Tempora with Ponzo yummy! and new style shrimp Softshell crab... hmmmm
The tasting menu at Gordon Ramseys is always an experience. The Royal Hospital one is shut right now though so you would have to eat at Claridges and its not quite as good. Still a top place.
Zuma is great food and lively setting. But Food is again Japanese Fusion. Better setting than Nobu. I like this place ALOT
Food is crap in Sketch but funky setting and maddest toilets in London
There really are soooo soooo many though...
Hakkasan has really funky bar and decent food (chinesey stuff) I would suggest you try here if you aren't willing to try Nobu or Zuma

Good shout Zed - round St Christopher's place and James' Street, there are some lovely restaurants that aren't expensive, but serve some lovely food at normal prices......
Had a meal at a place called Mimosa on James Street the other night - not pricey and really really nice!
Other places I like are The Lightship - restaurant on an old converted lightship moored at St Katherine's Dock - a little pricey, but good menu and you can get some proper deals online:
http://www.lightshipten.com
Also my favourite restaurant ever, purely for the Steak and chips, Rowleys on Jermyn Street
