Hi Guys

my misses has now decided after taking my sapphire track car out on track a few times she wants her own track car.

I have a 5dr mk1 focus that I will be using as its sat not being used at the moment.

my plan is as usual to strip it out, bucket seats, harnesses, brakes and coilovers to start with, and maybe get an ARB kit and cage for it as well at some point.

my questions is what coilovers seem to be most used/best on the mk1 focus.
I use Gaz golds on my sapphire which are good, but wondering if I can get away with anything else (hopefully a bit cheaper).

so whats everyone using, also what springs rates are you using on the mk1 focus, as I know it will be totally different to what i run.

also have you found the ARB kits have improved the handling?

does anyone know if the 3 door cage will fit the 5 door as i haven't found any 5 door cages listed, and done really want to get a custom cage as it will be better than mine lol.
