The E46, on a track with some BIG straights laps 8% quicker, with 120 hp more. Thats not a lot of difference really is it? The E36 Evo is one of my all time fav cars

just spent a while looking at the thread. the black fez rst, love it . my black s2 has the same rims, also love the standard xr2.I
ts all about luck of the draw when having a burn. i wasnt far off a lotus elise in my ragged out 2 litre mondeo but at the end of the day its about having a bit of fun, isnt that what driving is about? Doesnt help that alot of people are biased against ferrari, including me. Id have any new aston or noble or tvr over a ferrari partially cos of the image. I still repect them tho, and what an awesome noise. if ones behind me i pull over and wind the window down. be tempted to have a play in the rs just to see how badly id get spanked, but be very scared about crashing into a decent car. afterall rs is worth 2k max and mondeo 5p with a full tank of petrol.

im pretty much certain that simons evo 9 would go round any track faster then a ferrari in the smae price bracket.

if had £300k in my pocket id have the evo for track, and the ferrari for the road.

and yes i did get the bit about simon owning a ferrari - but if its so fast why doesnt he just simply use that on track all the time
