Well, went and picked a spare on up off Tony C


Fitted it all properly, now the car is stupid quick, like it seems quicker than when Karl 1st set it up.

Which makes me wonder was the amal valve faulty when Karl set it up, ie Underfuelling Or is it a case of they work or dont work?

anyway, gearbox is now making a few funny noises but also the engine is like ti ti ti ti when on 1.5bar +, maybe the 130k engine is not too happy about that pressure

Also its got a silly turbosystems chip that boost cuts at 1.5bar prolly need to get the ECU rechipped.

Ah well, onwards and upwards eh?

yep had it confirmed by the man himself

note to self: check the jets of the amal valve and the inserts prior to swapping
