Interesting video on altered cars. The dvla’s point system is a worry really. If you look at it. If you have an Old Ford you have mounted a Sierra rear beam in made it rwd and done a YB conversion or similar you would fail the points system and very possibly end up on a Q plate. Seems pretty strict as well in regards to chassis drilling at things. They love to make things hard for people

There should be rules to stop people (in my opinion) ruining classic cars by taking out the "proper" petrol engine and replacing it with an electric motor! There was a Porsche 911 Turbo at the Goodwood festival of speed which was converted to electric motor. Why would you do that to such an iconic car!!
