Koni adjustment..
Was going to fit my ahmed springs today, but i dont have the adjuster knob, could anybody tell me which way i should turn it?
Firm anti clock wise? just from what ive found on ebay.
Also how do you do the rears?

Fronts - Clockwise = firmer
Rears - from memory mine had a sticker under the dust protectors which can be seen when removed from the car, i think it only has three settings on the rear. (there is a small button on the top lip of the lower part of the leg which you press in and turn the top section) Only takes 5 mins to get the rear legs off and back on again.
Would be interested to hear your opinion on the handling after fitting the springs as im considering getting these myself.

The rears you have to remove the shock, slide the plastic sleeve down you will then see a button, you have to depress then button and twist the shock, you should have three "Clicks" of adjustment.
To increase rebound you have to turn to the right and make sure the knob releases after!

Fron the pics it would suggest you turn anti-clock wise for increased damping.
The fronts you can adjust with pliers if you don't have the knob.

They lower by 10MM don't they? Still need to sort mine, it's between these or AVO, thing is with Leda (AB) springs are they alot stiffer than standard?
With my current springs which were on it when I brought it (Eibach) are very hard and you feel every bump, it's like driving around in an old steam engine.

Ahmed told me it's around 8mm lower, so yeah about what you said, also need to run the koni's on the softest setting to make the most of them.
itll be a few weeks till mine on the road as my rack is knackered!!!
