Fronts - Clockwise = firmer
Rears - from memory mine had a sticker under the dust protectors which can be seen when removed from the car, i think it only has three settings on the rear. (there is a small button on the top lip of the lower part of the leg which you press in and turn the top section) Only takes 5 mins to get the rear legs off and back on again.

Would be interested to hear your opinion on the handling after fitting the springs as im considering getting these myself.
