The rears you have to remove the shock, slide the plastic sleeve down you will then see a button, you have to depress then button and twist the shock, you should have three "Clicks" of adjustment.

To increase rebound you have to turn to the right and make sure the knob releases after!

Fron the pics it would suggest you turn anti-clock wise for increased damping.

The fronts you can adjust with pliers if you don't have the knob.
