They lower by 10MM don't they? Still need to sort mine, it's between these or AVO, thing is with Leda (AB) springs are they alot stiffer than standard?

With my current springs which were on it when I brought it (Eibach) are very hard and you feel every bump, it's like driving around in an old steam engine.
