Disconnect the hubs and shafts then support the sub frame undo the gearbox and engine mounts and subframe and it will all come down on the subframe, you may have to remove wishbones too

that would be the hardest way of doing it :/

If your taking the engine out with the sub frame then just undo the sub frame bolts gear upper mount drivers side mount and the 6 little bolts the shock are bolted to then you can drop the whole thing out without messing round with the suspension, drive shafts and wishbones.

I did this on my own without a engine hoist

all i did was undo the nuts on the drive shafts first then disconect the de-cat and gearbox linkage and all cooling system and wiring then just undid the torque link and and engine mont and gear box link with a jack under where the engine and gearbox meets and just lowered the unit down and the drive shafts jus pop out on there own and your done.
(ps make sure you undo the drive shaft nuts first)
