Disconnect the hubs and shafts then support the sub frame undo the gearbox and engine mounts and subframe and it will all come down on the subframe, you may have to remove wishbones too
that would be the hardest way of doing it :/
If your taking the engine out with the sub frame then just undo the sub frame bolts gear upper mount drivers side mount and the 6 little bolts the shock are bolted to then you can drop the whole thing out without messing round with the suspension, drive shafts and wishbones.
