I am looking for some advice please. I have just purchased a luego viento kit car (lotus 7 type) and this has come with the sierra running gear and a 1.8 cvh engine. I have not heard much good things about this engine? I would like to putting in an engine with approx 150-200BHP and doing this on a budget. What would be my best options? and also i know of a friend with a fiesta rs turbo which i could purchase pretty cheap. This has been chipped to about 170BHP. Would this be a reliable engine that i can give some punishment to and how easy would the wiring side of things be? Any advice and help would be great lads.

I don't suppose it has to. It's just that ive got the gear box and rear diff from the sierra donor car.
