At that power i would say standard pump will still be ok tbh - standard pump on mine (like injectors) was fine up to 330bhp

The direct replacement is the green top fuel pump which i believe is from the American Focus SVT - Pumaspeed sell them over here with a mark up or you can import direct from Central Florida Motorsport (CFM)

I have a intank Bosch 003 Group A fuel pump that's good for a safe 350bhp if that is any good to you.

You still want it mate, or do you have an FRS pump currently? If so, as above, standard FRS pump is fine.

You could use a small turbo escos pump which is an 044 or an uprated one which is an 048.
