As above, just had my zetec turbo running after building it , its running omex 600 management,ecu has a base map at the moment, but it wont rev up, will just cut out , will only idle, any ideas to why? Ive checked for air leaks etc and carnt seem to find any, little bit stuck, cheers

 

Guess your base map does not fit your layout. Try finding why it cuts out in the data of the omex. Guess its a stand alone?

If you tap the throttle inlet pressure should rise. Lambda should stay fine. Does the ecu send a longer signal to the injectors then pressure rises (for megasquirt this avaliable.

In a stand alone so much can be set wrong. Maybe you are only running on idle control and as soon as it goes into normal mode it cuts

 

has it got a rev limiter set that might cut spark or fuel?

 

Thanks for the replys, turned out the base map wasnt giving enough petrol so was cutting out, upped the petrol abit and it revs now, just need to try sort the poxy gearlinkages out and i can get it mapped, cheers
