Is your current head completely scrap?
I personally would use standard valves
Standard used springs and retainers
Bronze guides at your discretion, I imaging for that money they are being fully fitted and the valve seat re cut?
The 'race taping' isn't that worth while but does look very pretty
So you can knock 300 off the total and not loose much. However the cnc head work does seem very reasonably priced!

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
CNC is computer controlled machining (Computer Numerical Control). One always starts with a hand ported cylinder head (or a single inlet and exhaust port) that has been developed (and hopefully proven). This cylinder head is now used as the Gold Standard. The hand ported ports are digitized and now the CNC machine can replicate the hand ported port on other cylinder heads. We now can have nearly exact copies of a hand ported head.
However, if the digitized port is a poorly developed port all of the copies will also be poor.
CNC certainly doesn't mean a better head - only as good as the hand ported original.
Cheers

My point i tried to make i wasnt sure if he had a cnc program that he just loads into his machine and this is how he ports the head.
In basics all this means is that he can copy anyones heads on his 3d mapping machine, this giving him the required co ordinates for the machine to replicate the required head.
I know where my money will be spent
If im honest though this is just a way for anyone to replicate the years of development that the real engineers put into cylinder heads and if im honest i think it could be quite unfair to those who spent a life time working out what actaully makes power. Not those that flow best on a flow bench the ones that make real life horsepower!
