The boost is a mechanical affair and simply needs a hose connected to the back which you then connect to your plenum. The lighting they have used a common feed for (The three red wires in pic with a Male spade connector) this needs connecting into the car lighting somewhere so when switched on the gauges will illuminate as well, you will either need a female spade receptacle or cut it off altogether and join a piece of wire etc.

You will need senders fitted to the engine for the oil gauges, but they also will require a switched live feed, some spur off the radio live to do this I don't personally as want that position what it was designed for.

One of the wires for each will be an earth.

The ground for the lighting again is joined into a single connector which is outside the pic (The plastic looking one with bare wires hanging out the end) this needs connecting to a good earth point.

i understand the live and earths from the bulbs to illuminate and i know how to do the boost gauge.
so maybe 1346 are live and earths and 2 and 5 would be single wires to a sensor?
or would the sensors be 2 wire?
and where would i get them from?

Correct a single wire connects to the sender, the oil temp sender is usually mounted onto a "Sandwich Plate" which is fitted between the oil filter and engine.

You need a sender for the pressure gauge (It is important the correct sender is used for the gauge as there calibrated) and this fits into an oil gallery in the engine, like the pressure switch does.

There is an earth for each gauge.

That makes sense logically, however as I can only see what is in the pic I can not say for sure. Is there no markings on the terminals?

found markings on the gauges
on the back of oil gauges there is 3 connections. (excluding illumination)
they are marked I G S.
I is a ignition live
G is the sensor
S is ??????
would it be a earth?
do most 3 connector gauges have a live earth and sensor ?
i connected the live only then put a earth to the sensor connector and the gauge shot up.
i left it connectd then added a earth to the s connector and the needle shot back down.
is this right?
any help appreciated
thanks guys

Spot on.

Wired up a few of these before in general this is the kind of fashion they operate in:

12V live to live point
Sender live to sensor live
Sender ground to earth
Gauge ground to earth.
