Turbo and Fueling will be the only thing holding you back Conor. You'd get a safe 160 I'd say with your turbo.

I'd say Muz's 160 is a safe bet.

My spec:
-31 actuator
airtec FMIC
chipped ecu
std turbo
air filter + exhaust
Made 165bhp comfortably @15psi

However the clutch is starting to go at that power. Also, on the way to getting that power I needed to improve parts. Group A coil. magnecore leads etc.. I would advise the same as it will only cause problems further down the line.

depends entirely on wot psi your turbo will do imo.
I managed 171bhp at approx 13psi on a standard turbo,
i'd say 160-180ish

the metering head will only supply enough fuel for 14 psi safely anything more than this and your risking engine

+1

mine started to have issues over 16psi. So the Tuners knocked it down to 15 for safety.

not sure about the fueling, i thought it was when you went above 20psi,

power enginering suggested a 5th injector, stage 3 t3 for 22 psi, 220bhp

nowhere on this thread did other ppl suggest metering probs:

https://passionford.com/forum/ford-e...-power-is.html

so still unsure!

form what i've been lead to believe

you can get it mappable as well, so in effect you get minimum 20% fuel extra pre set to boost levels

Thing is with a 5th injector is they are very crude and the fuel distribution between cylinders is uneven, so pistons 2-3 could be fine but 1 and 4 running lean.

I'm one of those people who thinks if you want 200BHP do a managment swap!

Also metering heads varey so much. Some have maxed out at 12-14PSI others will fuel 18-20 no probs.

Totally agree, you are risking the engine anything over about 12psi imo. and like stated 5th injectors are crude and inconsistant across cylinders. The best thing you can do is push a nice 12 psi, get it set up and enjoy anything upto 160 horse power. enjoy it for what it is else you will have to change other parts, clutch ect.
