What output can I expect with:
GRS Evo4 IC
Stage2 head with Piper 285T2 and adjustable pulley
-31 actuator
Pipercross airfilter
Bailey oil separator
Standard turbo and exhaust(only replaced backbox)
What output at what boost? And what boost should I run for road use?
Thanks

Maximum power depends alot of the chip you have. With that intercooler, you can run MUCH more ignition advance on high boost, than with a std. IC. If you're not taking advantage of that, then you will lose substantial power. In anycase, the fun begins at 1bar boost, but beware, the standard turbo will be glowing red in no time if you're doing longer sprints, such as trackdays. 200bhp should be acchieved, but not much more with the small turbo. Try a T3 from a turbo Volvo 240 or 740. I think the downpipe and the wastegate assembly form the RST will fit straigth on. That will give you a larger compressor TRIM and a .48 exhaust hausing.

ditch the standerd xzorst!...its to restrictive!.....as for chip theres so many to choose from!...your other mods sound real good!..as for the t28 i would go just for a stage 3 T3 and this will be able to run 17psi in its sleep! (so to speak)

stage 2 hybrid t3's are apparently the way to go. cheaper and you still get all the benefits of the stage 3! if you really want a t28 then keep and eye out on here. there is a user with t28 in his username and sure he will answer all your qu's about them.
i think that spec is looking at 200hp.

Saab 9000 T3 is also very suitable. These "stages" don't tell me anything. Can someone clarify what exhaust hausing and which compressor trim is in each of the "stages".

More than this I didn't find:
Stage1: STD EXHAUST HOUSING, LARGER COMPRESSOR WHEEL, UPRATED THRUST BEARING (NOT 360 deg) -31 ACTUATOR
Stage2: STD EXHAUST HOUSING, LARGER COMPRESSOR WHEEL, 360 deg THRUST BEARING, -31 ACTUATOR
Stage3: LARGER EXHAUST HOUSING, LARGER COMPRESSOR WHEEL, 360 deg THRUST BEARING, -31 ACTUATOR
