Default Oil in boost pipes?

Stripped the gearbox out of my s1 today to find oil in my bottom boost hoses the engine is a freshly built zvh with a stage 3 technics turbo the lot has only done 1600 miles and hasnt been on the road since last november? I know it sounds like the turbo but its only done 1600 steady miles.
Any ideas?

Yeah defo not HG!
If your still on MFI did you clean out the metering head, all breather pipes, and breather filter? There is generally plenty of oil floating around in them after 20 years of driving
Also if your IC is not new that will have oil in it from the previous engine.
