My diet is absolutely fucking grim...I need to do something about it, I went from 23 stone to 14'4 but now i'm back up to 17'7. I'm 30 a week today so I figure one last blow out for a week and then try and turn it around again.

Cheers guys
I'd like to get lower, but I don't really see myself getting much below 15. I'm 30, 6'2-ish, and 48" chest, with very broad shoulders, so even if I spent ages toning up in the gym, I wouldn't be much less, if any, that 15stone - I'd just be turning fat to muscle. I've levelled out now, and am not gonna lose anything more unless I starve myself into malnutrition, or spend time doing hard exercise in the gym - neither of which is likely
I can live with 15 though - better than 18.75 as I was before (fat cunt )

For nigh on 15 years I ate nothing but salads chicken breast and steak fruit ect and trained 4-5times a week religously then we found out our youngest had inherited my autism and with all the turmoil that's involved could concentrate or have the will or time to train or eat properly and turned into a fat fucker !14 years later I have give smoking and on a reasonable diet trying to loose weight but now full of arthritis
So the thing behind my story is never take your eye off the ball and keep your life in order aswel as looking after others as the old story it's never to late can be a load of bollocks
No matter how hard life gets you should always look after yourself ! I also believe eating properly helps you feel positive and fresh plus more energetic in life to

Awful! Currently doing Cambridge for the 2nd time. It ain't easy but it's gotta be worth it. Things feel so much better when you lose some weight, you're more confident and you're mind works better too. Healthy body = healthy mind

So I just cut out the macdees, the service station stuff, halved my intake, stopped buying beer and coke (I only drink orange juice and diet lemonade when at home now), and for evening meals I halved the portions, and try to focus on fresh meats and less packaged food. For a month an evening meal would just be meat - no potato or anything. Like three chicken breasts or a couple lamb chops, or pork or beef.
Fortunately my job is active, so I just had to find the balance to the calories I eat and the physical work I do to burn it off
Doesn't help I ate a fuck off kebab at 2am this morn tho

Well the general idea is 2lb a week lose but my attitude all along is a lose is a lose so 1 week you might only loose 1 lb the next 2.5 lb and over the month it could easily total 8 lb or more so weighing every 3 to four weeks is great
My thing when I stopped was carrying on eating the amount of calories when I was training I was into my steriods and maintained aweight of 147-150 kg with around 8-10% body fat so that took between 5-7000 calories a day , so I did the dumb thing of carrying on eating lots of grub but the wrong type lol

Lot of people seem to struggle with their weight on this thread! I'm glad I don't as I would be stuffed! I don't like much healthy food at all! There isn't even many veg I will eat! I think if I wasn't in a grafting job I'd struggle. I have never been above 13 stone and only that in the summer after 2 weeks all inclusive in Ibiza. I generally hover around 12 and half stone. My only thing is my belly which I have tried to get off but to no avail so gave in lol! Does not help being short at just over 5'8''. Shorties don't carry weight well lol! I'd like to be able to wear fitted tops again but the belly wont go!

Not ideal, but not bad, I eat a lot of carbs and protein, I snack but generally it's fruit, nuts or a handful of seeds. I'm eating a lot more than I normally do at the minute though as I'm skiing over Christmas and I want to be able to keep up with the old man, more weight = more momentum

My diets better than it has been in years, still massive room for improvement though.
Cut most of the shit out, go running/cycling once or twice a week and over the last months or two I've been weight training with the bro in law to try and regain my shoulders!
Need some dietry advice really as theres so much conflicting info out there, currently eating a fuckload of chicken and brown rice and loads of soups etc, cut bread and spuds out pretty much completely and havent missed it tbh.
Gone from 17st4 in May to 14st2 last week
Aiming to get the gut gone completely after crimbo.

Mines shite. Similar to Jay, for years I used to train 6 days a week without fail sometimes twice a day, eat well, used steroids and was always around the high 19st low 20st mark. Then I became ill and over a period of 6 months I dropped 6 stone due to not being able to eat properly and not train at all, I hovered around the 14/15st mark for a couple of years and then slowly as I began to be able to eat properly again my weight started to increase but I could not find motivation to train. So the eating increased and the training remained nil. Now Im back up to 17 1/2st but a couple of weeks ago I was almost 19st until I got the god awful Norovirus thats going about and lost over a stone in 4 days. Ive decided to use that loss as a bit of a kick start to try and sort meself out a bit again and over the past couple of weeks I have been more careful of what I eat and up to now its staying off. Once xmas and new year has passed Im going to make a proper effort and change my diet and get the ball rolling.
