Whats your diet like?? Im trying cut all the crap at the moment, finding it fooking impossible. im not a tubber just want lose a stone or 2. gazza

Lasagne and Spag Bol is about my limit with pasta! Rest is utter shite food imo! Same with salad! Fuckin Salad!!!! Its for rabbits and Guinea pigs!

I have a strict diet mon-fri and train and run... The come the weekend I can self harm on anything I want and I look and feel good... I only drink water in the week which is a massive improvement not only to your body but your brain also..!

My diet right now is abysmal and my body reflects this,not that it's ever been good but I was 5 stone lighter a few years back and that's where I want to be.
Tough working offshore though.

Mines good; rice, fish, veg, eggs, chicken, grill what you can fry in nut oil ,drink decent coffee after meals to speed up you met rate dont go heavy on the bread work out 1-2 times a week walk lots , 32 roung the mid 42 on the chest not bad on arms an legs ,and to me its a mind thing the body will do what you want its the mind that is in my view the weak part ,change your thinking an the body will follow.

mines varied.
I have a takeaway every week as a treat so thats really unhealthy and limits my budget for food in the week.
bad thing is i still dont regularly eat breakfast which i need to sort out.
In the week i eat lots of green vegetables generally in a spicy based home made meal combined with pasta or rice or sometimes if they are reduced, new potatoes or similar. Dont eat lots of meat as its expensive, so replace it with pulses, lentils etc
So 1 day a week is total crap, 2 or 3 days with meat in the diet, rest vegetables.
Need to cut the pasta and rice so im eating less carbs so i loose wieght.

I know, When i do eat it regularly, despite eating more, i loose wieght on my current diet. Just find it hard to keep as a habbit.
Not regularly eaten breakfast since i went nuts as for a long time i couldnt eat stuff in the morning as my meds made stuff taste aweful in the mornings for some reason.
Something i need to sort out really.

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
No set diet here. I don't do fry ups. I don't do salad. I do drink a good bit. I would like to loose a bit of my belly though. I'm currently 18st 4, with a 38in waist. I am 6' 8" though, so can hide it a bit. 1 rule though. NO TIGHT FITTING T SHIRTS.

Pretty fucked up to be honest. (eating disorder for the last 6years)
Between march and October I gained 2stone and lost 2 1/2 stone.
And I don't exercise either.
I don't eat anything for its nutritional content, it's purely about the calories.
Currently maintaining a 'normal' weight on 800calories a day. Need to drop below 500 ideally to lose weight which is fucking annoying me to death right now as I still have 1 1/2stone to go.
I also have episodes of bulimia though so, yeah.
Not recommended.

I try to eat healthy and normally do through the day but at night I'm too tired to make tea for me and the wife, tonight I've had a Chinese and 7 cans of Stella but that is just because it's Friday.

Mine was great - till I just ordered a hench kebab
I've lost 4 stone between end of June to October, just by cutting out the shit. Stopped eating MacDee's, Burger King, and that crap, along with cutting out chocolate, other service station snacks like donuts, muffins, all that shit, and stopped having beer and cola in the house (and only having it at the pub once a week, or every other weekend). Tried exercise; too unfit and too lazy! But it was enough for me to get down from nearly 19 stone to hovvering around 15 stone now.
Isn't easy, and I still eat way too much bread based foods - sandwich for lunch everyday is at least two slices of bread, plus I go through a full loaf probably once a month too. And after eating more or less just meat for dinner most nights (ie, two or three chicken breasts for dinner, or a couple lamb steaks for dinner, etc) I'm starting to reintroduce carbs and starches such as pasta, potatoes, etc. I realised I ate way too much junk food on a daily basis, even though I thought I only had "takeaway" once every couple weeks (didn't factor in that lunch many days of a month might be a couple double cheeseburgers from MacDee's or whatever)
Gone up two belt sizes since then, and more importantly had to start wearing a belt in the first place, cos my work trousers and jeans didn't fit anymore

well done thrush i want to sort myself out when i was 15 stone i was happy had a flat stomach and was pretty well built, not bad considering i have never ever been to a gym, even tho there is one across the road from my house lol! id be glad to be 15 stone again i might start running and lifting again if i was. must make it a new years resolution
