My diets better than it has been in years, still massive room for improvement though.
Cut most of the shit out, go running/cycling once or twice a week and over the last months or two I've been weight training with the bro in law to try and regain my shoulders!
Need some dietry advice really as theres so much conflicting info out there, currently eating a fuckload of chicken and brown rice and loads of soups etc, cut bread and spuds out pretty much completely and havent missed it tbh.
Gone from 17st4 in May to 14st2 last week
Aiming to get the gut gone completely after crimbo.
