Hi

I'm 20, 6'2" and weigh about 11.5 stone - slim and (slightly) toned

Looking towards a goal of gaining pure lean muscle on my upper body - bigger pecs, rock hard defined 6pack, bigger arms. Still want to stay much the same overall size though (ie. not a meathead)

Been eating well over the last few months. Cut out all crap, low fat, plenty of meat/tuna/veg/fruit - abdominal muscles starting to show more

Joining the gym tomorrow

Looking at supplements - am I right in thinking Maximuscle Promax is my best bet?

Also considering a course of Anabol alongside my workout

Any tips/info appreciated

I was told Promax is soo expensive due to the money they put into adverising it..

I'm using the EAS whey protein stuff annd seems about the same.. Alot cheaper too

Thanks chaps, I'll look into the EAS stuff

I guess I should steer clear of the anabol then... why such a bad idea?

once you start using anabol you are into a completely different kettle of fish, and you really dont wanna go there. there is so much more to it.

work hard, feel the burn, eat well... and you'll get there

Cheers for the info chaps, gonna stick with the natural way

Just done 3 hours at the gym: an hour on the bikes then 2 hours badminton. Went for a bike ride last night too for an hour. Just trying to loose any excess fat around my stomach and get that 6 pack showing through

Starting on the weights tomorrow...

Got some whey protein stuff picked up in town today too, much cheaper than Maximuscle. Had 2 shakes today and I'm gonna get a batch of Paul's Protein Bars cooked up too

I hope the above sounds about right. Let me know if not. Thanks again
