Hi
I'm 20, 6'2" and weigh about 11.5 stone - slim and (slightly) toned
Looking towards a goal of gaining pure lean muscle on my upper body - bigger pecs, rock hard defined 6pack, bigger arms. Still want to stay much the same overall size though (ie. not a meathead)
Been eating well over the last few months. Cut out all crap, low fat, plenty of meat/tuna/veg/fruit - abdominal muscles starting to show more
Joining the gym tomorrow
Looking at supplements - am I right in thinking Maximuscle Promax is my best bet?
Also considering a course of Anabol alongside my workout
Any tips/info appreciated
