Just done 3 hours at the gym: an hour on the bikes then 2 hours badminton. Went for a bike ride last night too for an hour. Just trying to loose any excess fat around my stomach and get that 6 pack showing through
Starting on the weights tomorrow...
Got some whey protein stuff picked up in town today too, much cheaper than Maximuscle. Had 2 shakes today and I'm gonna get a batch of Paul's Protein Bars cooked up too
