Default Cutting in?

what are good exersises to get rid of love handles?? Also I have been told about some supplements that do the trick too, one is called "cuts 2" something and the other is "cedar cordapholia" (??? on spelling) any one heard or used them.
Its bugging me as Im quite small build 6"2 and nearly 14 stone, been going to the gym for 5 weeks and my love handles are staying put. (I know it wont happen over night, but a week will do me.. )

You cannot burn fat locally by 'targeting' I'm afraid. If you want to loose the love handles the whole body has to loose fat.

Most supplements which state they wil help you loose bodyfat generally don't work very well, especially if you are still eating and training poorly. Make sure you have a calorie deficiency and are training hard and often enough to burn off the fat.

cheers Paul, I have cut down on alot of shit food and drinking, I am taking creatine every day and also protein drink definatly once but try twice a day.
I am going to a gym 3 times a week, tuesday thursday and saturday, and for a beginer I am pushing my self hard, the gym is purely weight trainning. I must have lost a bit of fat as my jeans are a bit looser, just loking for a bit of a shortcut.. But I will keep pushing hard and see how it goes.

Only used ephedrine in a asprin/ephedrine/caffine concoction called eph. Certainly did the trick, just don't don't take it anytime after 5pm

Also had some t-shirts made for the guys at the gym. One had 'EPHEDRINE - for when you can't be arsed to diet' on it
