erst head
is the xr3i head the same as the rst head. got told it was so just wanted to find out if this is true. cheers

Head casting is the same but just bear in mind it has different exhaust valves (sodium filled) and prolly a different cam in it.

i think it was only the S1 that had sodium filled valves.

So much of this "I think" stuff around. The cams are the same, but the pulleys are different with 4 degree timing retardation in the RST's pulley.
