Default 1.1 CFi mk3.5 rs turbo conversion

Hi guys. Hopefully someone can shed some light on a few questions i have. I have bought a full fiesta rs turbo which the body is completely rotten on. I have a mk3.5 rst replica which i want to swap the running gear into. I found somewhere a while ago someone who had tried the same conversion and ran into a problem with the plug which connects the interior loom to the engine loom( plug sits just behind the edis4 plate.) What i need to know is is the latter true or can i just plug and play and throw everything in in a few days. Any help would be useful.

I had the same issue when I put an rs2000 lump in my 3.5. The plug in question (grey 12pin?)carries the fuel pump prime, ecu live, oil pressure light, rev counter feed, and a few others. Was a bit of a pig tryin to figure out which wires had to match up to get the oil light, rev counter etc workin correctly, as they're all brown. The red, black and black/red wires all connect up colour to colour tho.

Best bet is to grab a haynes manual and spend a few minits staring at the wire diagrams. If hou havent got 1, I can send u sum pics out of mine

Yeah i think its 12 pin. Nah i don't have a Haynes so if it was possible could you post a couple of pics? Be helpful to others if they're having bother with the same problem too. Hopefully shouldn't take too long to source the wires as i plan to do the whole conversion in a maximum of 2 or 3 days.
