Default ST170 supercharged problem

Here is the situation: we bought a trackday kit car powered by Ford Focus ST170 engine with Rotrex supercharger.

First of all I should mention, that my knowledge about this engine is quite limited, since we bought used car in this setup already.

The problem we are experiencing is an excessive amount of oil and air flow coming from the pipe marked on the photo below. (Photo is not from our actual engine)

I guess this is not normal behavior. Any ideas, what could be causing this? Where do start looking for the cause of this problem?

looks like a breather, maybe its breathing too much thru the rings. maybe a compression test dry then went, and check any other breathers are not blocked or split

What is the expected compression for this engine?

I thought that I might give you an update on the issue.
We did a compression test and there was no compression in one of the cylinders. After taking the engine head off, we discovered, that mentioned cylinder had damaged piston and scratch marks on cylinder wall.
We will probably go with the engine replacement, since another used engine in good shape is cheaper than the repair.
