Default transit speed limiter removal help

hi
ive been offerd a 51 reg transit 90 diesel rwd
its a ex council and is restricted to 62mph and as i do lots of motor way driving i would like it upped/removed my local ford dealer said they can do it but want 2hrs labour
any idears would be great

got to be done on the ford ids , however 2 hours is a bit steep as it takes about 10 minutes

As above . would always say they will charge an hour as that is the normal time , you have to have ids and then go into the speed limiting menu and choose your desired limit and then save , used to do them all the time as you had to be an authorised user in Fords eyes to do this
